To set Backcharge as the new operator of your charging station, log in to your EVBox Everon account and follow this path:
Login → Account → Overview → Add Operator → Select Backcharge GmbH → Add
Once you've completed this step, all necessary preparations in the Everon portal are done, and we can initiate the migration of your charging station.
You will be notified as soon as the switch is successfully completed.
Yes, the switch is generally smooth. Simply select us as your new operator in the EVBox Everon portal and register on our platform. We’ll take care of the rest – including data transfer and activation.
No. The migration is free of charge. You only start paying once your station is actively operated on our platform.
Ongoing costs depend on your usage (private or commercial) and the number of charging points. Use our price calculator to easily estimate your monthly fees.
Yes. If you haven't selected Backcharge as the operator in the Everon portal yet, your station will remain active as is. You can initiate the switch yourself whenever you're ready.
