Registration with Backchrage for private individuals

To successfully register with Backchrage as a private individual, please follow the steps below.

Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed in order to finalise your registration

Step 1: Enter personal data

Please complete the following information in the ‘Your personal data’ section

Salutation*
First name and surname*
Street, house number and any additions*
Postcode & town*
Country*
Telephone number
E-mail address* and repetition of the e-mail address*
Username*
Password* and repeat password*
Vehicle licence plate number (optional – helps us to identify your charging processes)

In the ‘’Invoice data‘’ section:

Tick the checkbox if your billing address is different from the data entered above.
Additional fields will then appear for the different billing address, which must also be completed.

In the section ‘Mandate for recurrent direct debit’:

- Loading transactions
- and any monthly subscription fees are collected once a month by direct debit.

Then enter the following data:

Activate the checkbox:

„Yes, I agree to pay by direct debit.“*

In the section ‘Conditions’:

Both checkboxes must be ticked in order to complete the registration.

Finally, please click on ‘Register’ to successfully register with Backcharge.
